any word on the sports baggage allowance for those of us who booked early enough to get the 32 KG?
I'll try the ryanair site for some contact info, not optimistic, might also try the director of consumer affiars and see what their take on it is |

Check your booking comfirmation, if it says 32kg you should be ok as that is your contract. there always bound ot be overlap when they bring in new rules.
a wise man once said "this is going to be GRrreat!!" |

I read through my booking confirmation and it only gives a link to the luggage restrictions and of course the link contains all the update luggage weight limits.
Weighed my quiver bag last night and on its own its 5 feckin kg. Sick I sold my old 'light weight' sack.
Didnt relaize it was only 6 weeks. SSSCCCCHHHHHWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETT |

Just to let you know the apartment is confirmed, did you book the flights?
On the Ryanair question of weight limit, couldn't get through earlier surprise surprise!
Update...Finally got through around 5pm, and spoke to a customer service guy who said he'd need to check with his manager and would get back to me.
I'll keep ya's posted. |

Right... just got a call back from George in customer services, as my booking was made before the weight limit was introduced I will be allowed up to 32kg weight for sports equipment, I asked him for an e-mail to confirm, so as to avoid any hassle at the airport, he said there's no need as a note has been put on my booking stating the weight allowance and will come up on the screen at check in.
Happy dayze!
Got through on 0818303030 - choose option 8 |

Right lads, coach to transfer all of us from/to airport sorted @ €335.40, (€16 a head)
Same crowd as last time, I wonder will they send the same drivers? |

Phoned Ryanair and they added a note to my booking record stating that I could take the 32kgs that I had orginally booked with them back in September.
Still don't trust the feckers! They wouldn't send an me an email confirming it!! |
